Great service

I recently had the misfortune of having to seek legal council for an accusation against my son. Several other attorneys in San Marcos referred me to Mr. Watts so we met with him and eventually hired him. In our meeting I found Mr. Watts to be patient and honest. He was able to help us understand the implications, the legal process, and took the time to discuss all of the facts surrounding the accusation. In the end, thankfully, no charges were filed. I would highly recommend Mr. Watts and feel very fortunate to have been referred to him.

My case(es) with Mr. Watts took place about ten years ago. With that, I still remember his face and I remember all that he’d done for me (and I did NOT make it easy on the man)! So much to the point that I just recommended him to best friend that’s being wrongfully accused of a crime. When I first learned of Mr. Watts he was actually appointed to me by the courts. He worked just as hard when I needed him again a couple years later when I paid for his services. This is a good lawyer that works hard for his clients, even when the clients don’t make it easy for him. I couldn’t thank David enough for all that he’d done for me. And luckily he hasn’t heard from me in the past decade, so something stuck!

Kelly is a more than capable attorney and I can't imagine ever walking into a courtroom without him. He's expressed his sincere desire to get me past the case hanging like a dark cloud over my head and I know he is sincere because the way he handles every step with my inclusion in deciding the next move. I honestly would never walk into court without him. He is now family like it or not. Thank you Kelly.

Great legal representation. Will try everything in there power to represent you in court and fight the judicial system. The attorney listens and cares for all clients and their wellbeing. Glad I came across their path!

Kelly seems to be more concerned about his relationship with the DAs office than he is about his clients. Fortunately, I was aquitted. I will not argue this with Kelly. His response shows his character. Make your own conclusions.
