David did a great job handling my case..I never saw the inside of a court room... worth every penny... my lawyer now and in future... if needed. Great job yall!!

I couldn't have asked for a better Attorney. David helped me out in a really tough time. Every Lawyer I have consulted with before David made me feel hopeless about my case. When I called David, I knew this was the right lawyer. He made me feel at ease about my case and didn't promise me anything he wasn't going to follow through with. He told me everything I needed to hear and was honest with me since the beginning. Anytime I needed to contact Mr. David he was always available and he dismissed my case. I highly recommend David C. Hardaway to represent you for any legal trouble. He's the Man!

Horrible lawyer. Tells you what you want to hear leading up to the case and then drops the ball last minute. It was obvious he put my case on the back burner and did little work and research and follow up. Terrible. Spent extra $ to get a worse result. Don’t trust this guy. He should be an irreverent lawyer in the city of San Marcos.

I found myself in need of David’s services 2 years ago, In what I thought was sure to ruin my life. David answered my call right away and consulted with me me on a very personal level. Even still, I wanted to speak with several attorneys, and he was very understanding of that. Upon deciding to go with David, he took my call and immediately, knew who I was, and remembered the details of my situation, though I had discussed it with him a few weeks prior.
