I have used Katrina Packard 2 times now and she has done a great job both times very caring and just . Has protected my child 2 times now. I feel she is a Hid send and these bad reviews is probably people who she won against.. She's a God send

WENT INTO MS. PACKARD OFFICE TO GET SOME LEGAL ADVISE, SHE HAD A VERY BUSY WEEK IN COURT, BUT SHE TOOK THE TIME OUT OF HER BUSY SCHEDULE TO SIT DOWN WITH MY HUSBAND AND I (WHICH WAS OVER AND HOUR OF HER TIME) AND GAVE US GREAT ADVICE AND DID NOT CHARGE US ONE RED CENT FOR HER TIME. SHE IS A GREAT LAWYER AND KIND PERSON. IF WE EVER NEED A LAWYER FOR ANYTHING WE WILL BE COMING BACK TO MS. PACKARD.

I hire Ms packard and she was amazing .When your dealing with family law and all the illegal abuse of ex party TRO and allegations that gain power off party's joined . Ms packed by far is one of the few that can with skill , knowledge, experience and care make that lie built party lose with just the fact she A it goonna let a life are family be destroyed by hatred. I just read the most recent review by Mrs. Packard. It is a total lie. Last week, she had a very difficult hearing and one of the issues was bad billing practices by her opposing counsel. He was asking for more money from her client so he could continue his fraudulent billing practices. The other side had three attorneys and a legal assistant to her and her legal assistant. She was very successful in winning that argument. There are attorneys out there that charge you for everything: phone calls, faxes, copies, etc. Ms. Packard does none of those things. She is ethical, fair in her billing practices and for the last three years has held the top AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell as one of Texas Top Legal Leaders. This last review, the day after a hearing, was probably posted by an unhappy opposing attorney or an unhappy opposing party.

Ms. Packard is an amazing attorney. She has always been straight forward, fair, and most of all, honest. She was there for myself and my kids through a difficult divorce and made sure that my kids and I came out on top. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer through this time and she is the only one I will ever recommend. She has continued to check up on myself and my kids after the divorce which shows what a truly wonderful and caring professional she is as well.

She helped us win, but not the way I wanted. Very money hungry and will drag things out just to get her cut. Our bill with her was over 40,000.00 by the time it was all over. No one respects her from a legal stance, and she uses bulling and lies as her winning tactic.

I just read the most recent reviews and obviously those are from bitter folks. Ms. Packard is the most trustworthy, honest and ethical attorney I've ever dealt with in my lifetime. She works diligently for you and of course, you do need to pay your bill. No one is free. If you want to bring us 'licensing' issues, 99% of ALL attorneys have issues if they work for the general public long enough. Not everyone is happy all the time. I highly recommend her -

I just wanted to fix a family issue with my son, but when hiring Mrs Packard we found that she had more than winning as a motivation but to completely ruin my ex husband and now I'm not even allowed to let him see his son. This lady is very disrespectful to me when I tell her I think she went overboard ans she said until I pay her more money, she will not even fix the mess she started.

She just saved my child! This attorney represents children in a big way. She's honest, trustworthy and well respected among her peers. She has a reputation of being a 'bulldog' - but in a very good way. If you are afraid you may lose your children, call her! She's excellent!

We have been so blessed to have such a real attorney. Attorney Packard is the real deal. Alot of people state bad things about attorney's but Attorney Packard is what our ancesstor's set out for the legal system. Your listing of Ms. Packard is unfair. She is an excellent, caring and compassionate attorney. She is very bright, articulate and while she may have a "misconduct" against her, that is in the past. I hired her for a matter and she was absolutely superb!
