Can not thank Mr Jarvis enough for believing and fighting for us. We are so grateful. I highly recommend him. He is honest, fair, diligent and knows the law. He will do all he can to make sure you get a fair deal.

Several years ago, a family member was falsely accused of assault. We never expected to need a criminal defense attorney. But Bob Jarvis took the case and he proved to the jury that it was a false charge. The verdict was Not Guilty. Years later, another family member was falsely accused of a much more serious assault charge. The first name we thought to contact was Bob Jarvis. Again, he took the case and it went to trial. Bob thoroughly cross-examined the Prosecution witnesses and proved to the jury that the accusation was false. The jury returned a Not Guilty verdict. We are very grateful to Bob Jarvis and his staff.

I recommend this law firm to anyone in a legal bind. Matthew Hamilton is my lawyer. He is professional, prompt, and keeps a good line of communication W/ me! There was a time I had no idea what he was talking about (legal jargon) lol. In that moment he noticed the look of confusion on my face, and talk to me as a friend so that I understand what's going on & what his plan of action was. It made me feel like he saw me as a person, not another case. He is patient W/ explaining each process of trial and any other questions I had. I truly appreciate his legal assistant Christy as well! She is knowledgeable in her career, and is super friendly. There's nothing fun about court, but everytime I went she would call me the morning of (friendly reminder) & we'd wind up laughing about one thing or another. Which helped me ease the stress. Any discrepancies there was W/ the bail bond company she would call and straighten things out. Matt has a new intern (Ben) he is absorbing tons of knowledge as he quietly stands beside Matt taking care of each client. Mr.Hamilton did excellent work - he got my two felonies dropped in a short amount of time and worked even on holidays to help me with my case. Can’t recommend him enough!

I needed a lawyer to petition the Grayson County Court for early release from probation. The offices of Jarvis and Hamilton are right next door to the probation office. Mr. Jarvis and his paralegal, Ms. Geiger, were able to have my probation terminated quickly and easily. I especially appreciated being able to conduct all of my business via Email.

They were rude and unprofessional. I contacted dallas attorneys which would take my case for $7500 since they are further from Grayson county it would cost more. (mind you the price isn’t a problem) Dallas attorneys suggested me to find a Grayson county lawyer for a better rate. I called here he said $8500 I asked why is it $8500 and explained what all the 5 dallas attorneys told me his response was yelling saying “NOPE NO EXPLANATION I’m not explaining anything that’s our rate” lol well I probably would’ve been happy to pay an extra $1000 if I felt it was worth paying. I’ll happily pay $7500 elsewhere 😘
