After I paid a portion of my retainer did Jeremy speak with me about my charges. Everything he said it seemed 100% that he was not going to fight for me . He didn't even advise my rights of asking for temp driving privileges and that I was going to get a 90 day suspension. Why would I pay $3000 just for someone to show up and not fight. Needless to say I lost $1000 down to them. Might be a good divo4ce attorney but don't expect him to fight for ya with other types of cases.

My niece paid him $2500 retainer 10 months ago. We have only been able to reach him by phone 1 time. Always answering machine. Finally talked to a real person who made an appointment only to have him not show up. Will be filing complaint with the Bar. She is a single mom with a baby. I think it is despicable that he has taken advantage of her. All she needed was to get to court. We called the county: nothing ever was filed. Wish there was a Zero Star to check.
