The office staff is very helpful. I've been waiting 6 months now and they told me that the judge has made her decision. And I was approved. Not only was I approved, but they went back 18 months more than we asked for. Amazing lawyer and staff.

Terrible person. I called to talk to him about my disability claim and how I needed a lawyer he straight told me based on my age (I was 28 at the time) that the judge would not even give me a chance and he doesn't take cases he can't win and hung up. I then decided to do it on my own, filled out the paperwork, got sent to a psychiatrist by Social Security the next month. Month after, about towards the end of the month.. SS called me and said I was approved and was giving me 3 months back pay. This was 3 years ago. I wouldn't hire this guy if my life depended on it.

I would rate less if I could ! ! ! I think not helping someone because of their age is the biggest load of CRAP ! I see people all over that take complete advantage of this "wonderful," system we have. I see so many people that don't deserve a dime, and are making it better than those who work their tail off. But when you have a true issue they refuse to listen even after they made a promise to help you if no one else would attempt to.
