Notification of Nonretirement Your ability to listen, analyze, and reflect based on living so many years of achievement and occasional disappointments combined with your successful law career denies you the right to melt into retirement. My wife and I left your office overwhelmed. We were a call from nowhere obviously interrupting your day, and you graciously allowed us to take up a bit of your time. We arrived a couple of wide-eyed, innocent home buyers, and you acted as our guiding star. We are acting on your advice, enabling us to move forward with a level of confidence we previously lacked. That's why you mustn't retire, at least where we're concerned. We're old, and not too bright. We are bound to encounter more "challenges". Me. Belden did some legal work for me that was out of his regular scope of practice. He did an amazing job in spite of working in an area that is not his certified area of practice. He made sure he was well prepared for hearings and had amazing follow up, which gave me a great settlement. He is very intelligent, as well as very prepared for his hearings. Could not get a better lawyer.

Micah was amazing, I hired him while I was incarcerated and since this COVID-19 is going on people have been in jail waiting on court for atleast 4 months and he made sure i had a court date and was home within a week and i got a great deal!!! THANKS MICAH!!!!

Efficient and knowledgeable

As a long term Disability advocate I would encourage you to employ Micah as your attorney specifically for persons with Mental Health challenges. Micah is a compassionate, frightfully intelligent advocate. My family could not be more satisfied with the evolved performance provided in court while advocating for our loved one. Grayson County is fortunate to have this type of legal advocate. We also applaud the fact that he reaches out to additional counties.

I don't even care to give one star. He was my defense attorney back in 2011. He didn't do anything for me . All he cared about was talking about coffee with the people that went to court to support me. DO NOT USE HIM!!!
