I was a little shell shocked when I met with Tim for the first time. He thought of everything that needed to be done and took all the pressure off of me. He was thorough in getting me everything I wanted. I could not have asked for better representation. Everything went very smoothly and as quickly as possible.

My now ex-wife disappeared and ghosted me after an argument via text. We had never, ever discussed divorce. I received divorce paperwork one week later, while I was waiting alone in our home. At every turn, my ex-wife seemed to want to make everything as difficult as possible. Timothy took care of the astonishing situation with professionalism and efficiency. I always felt comfortable and informed with him on my side, even as my life was being turned upside down. There is no way I see that I could have emerged victorious without him, especially when my ex-wife had delivered paperwork through her own lawyer team, hired the very same day she disappeared. I had made the biggest mistake of my life in marrying this woman, and the absolute disaster my life could have been at this point in time was averted, in tremendous thanks to Timothy. I am stable and I am safe. I am happy and I am free. And while I would never wish the hell that is divorce upon even my own worst enemy, as the saying goes, the experience has steeled me and created a version of me so strong that I had never even imagined. I never heard a single word from her from the very first day she left. As Timothy informed me, this incredible situation has only happened when there have been serious criminal charges and police involved. Nothing involving either occurred in our marriage. But considering the main psychological abuse I took from her constantly telling me that I never cared about her, despite being the one who asked her to marry me, moving from where we met and lived to another part of the country to live with her parents, and encouraging her to pursue a new field of work since she was unhappy in her degree field (even after she spent an entire year, sitting at home, making no money off of it literally because she did not even try), ultimately I have made my peace with her behavior. And through no pursuit of my own, I wound up discovering that several of her ex-boyfriends received the exact same treatment. All things considered, I had no idea who I was really marrying. But I found out everything I should have known beforehand through divorce, which given all of this, Timothy handled utterly flawlessly. Don’t face this alone. Spend the money and get Timothy on your team. After feeling like you made one of the worst choices of your life in marrying a bad person, once he takes care of everything you will no doubt feel like you’ve made one of the best ones. And yes, it does get better. Far, far better.

Brian Ballew got schooled by an amateur lawyer, and charged me outrageous fees for things such as a 5 minute phone call, a line change in the drafted decree, or a three sentence email. He also discouraged me from going to court hearings, saying it would cost me more in his legal fees to fight for my fair share than to simply agree to all the terms of the opposition. Charged $900 just to drive to Dallas court. I would have been better off representing myself. Do not hire this firm based on their online ratings!

Alyse Donnelly Attorney and Counselor at Law with the Beal Law firm is a tenacious young lady. She was called “Bulldog” in law school for her dedicated approach to law. I would highly recommend her and certainly would want her on my side.

I was very impressed with this law firm. They were very attentive and helpful in returning all calls and emails. The entire staff was very patient and professional. I was extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Eric is the finest litigator I have met in my 30 years of law practice. As a solo practitioner focusing on real estate matters, I constantly have clients requesting referrals for a litigator and/or family law attorney. I send every single one to Eric, and have only received positive feedback. Not only is he intelligent (look at his resume!), he is unfailingly polite, courteous and professional in an arena that is sorely lacking in each of these qualities.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was charged $375 for a consultation fee, and for a hour and half, I was judged and ridiculed. I am in the middle of a ugly separation and instead of helping me understand my rights, he neglected to be helpful in any mannor. Brian was horrible. He doesn't even know basic divorce provisions for things as simple as an IRS form 8332. He acted like my child was a math calculation. My child is not a number. I can't believe I waisted my time and money on these idiots.
