This is by far the worst law firm I had deal with. They do nothing but take your money. I had mediation and they withdrew for my case one day before because of money, over 10,000 dollars and nothing was done. I am filing a grievance with the bar. On both attorneys and the law firm itself. I want my money back. Please DO NOT trust them!!!

I recently had the privilege of working with Mr. Beal who went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I engaged with him, it became evident that I had made an excellent choice. The level of expertise and knowledge in family law is truly remarkable.

Absolutely not. 70k and absolutely no ROI. We hired an attorney we liked, he left on emergency family leave and subsequently were given a new attorney. We were given no say or opportunity, we were handed off. We have hired new representation that is capable of handling our case. Just no to this firm. There is capable representation out there- it’s just not here.

Alexandria Maashio is a trustworthy and determined attorney. She was empathetic to our needs and wants, but yet wasn't afraid to tell us the hard truth of our legal matter we weren't expecting to find ourselves in. We were very impressed with her hard work ethic and response time. She really works hard for the best possible outcome for her clients. She is an intelligent counselor, who leaves no stone unturned! We will definitely recommend Alexandria Maashio and Beal Law Firm to anyone who needs a family attorney, as we are relieved our legal issues have been resolved.
BEAL LAW FIRM is hands down the best group of attorneys!

Absolutely the worst possible firm I could ever imagine! No strategy, no help, sloppy work riddled with typos and errors. They even charged me to respond to emails where I had to point out their errors and then charged me to fix their mistakes. The icing on the cake was my attorney who I paid for eight months didn't even show up for a critical hearing and sent someone he said was "up to speed." We of course lost and had worst possible outcome and they still charged me for this shoddy work. Avoid at all costs, can't think of a worse firm and group of attorneys!

Beal Law Firm is an outstanding firm. I am a current employee and I know for a fact that all of the attorneys in the firm do everything that they can to help our clients. We try our best to help everyone who contacts us. For those that we are unable to help, we try to direct them to someone that we believe will be able to help them. I am very proud to work for BLF and know that the ethics and professionalism of all of our attorneys and staff are second to none. I would recommend Beal Law Firm to anyone who needs Family Law help.

Shady. Unethical. Strange.

A law firm without ethics. I was an employee here and I was driven to predatory tactics to get clients. If a potential new client called in for a consultation and wanted a divorce then later change their mind and canceled, I was instructed to call them at least three times, then email them at least two times in order to do a hard sell and get their business. I don't know about you, but it completely goes against my grain to try to break up families for profit. The firm and I eventually parted ways. Ethics matter.
When a potential new client called in, it was my job to listen to their story and empathize. I LOVED this! I loved making people think we could give them hope and help them! I genuinely loved those hurting people and I wanted to help them. But when I got to the part about the $325 consultation fee, of course some of them could not afford it. But according to my boss -- owner and head attorney -- the idea was "by the time you are through with them I want those people to be willing to beg, borrow or steal to get that consultation fee! They can go rob a bank or get it from their grandmother if they have to!" Absolutely true words that were said to me. Yeah no.
The owner / head attorney works solely off the backs of the attorneys he employs. He does not personally take any new clients unless they're mega rich. He represents that he's a big, magnanimous Christian, but in reality he's a shady dealing individual. Example: it says on the website that the firm has offices in many different cities in DFW. That is not true. There are different phone numbers for each office that all ring to the same office. There is only one office, and it is in Southlake with one satellite office in San Antonio. The other offices -- except San Antonio -- are executive suites that are rented if needed for a consultation. There is no sign that says Beal Law Firm at the addresses listed on the website. It's just a rented suite for that particular consultation if needed - if that particular suite happens to be available at the time of the consultation. Yet the appearance is that the firm has multiple offices manned by an array of attorneys. Not true. As of this writing, there are three attorneys practicing family law for the Beal Law Firm in the DFW area, and one in San Antonio. They are all four wonderful people, wonderful attorneys. But I don't think they will be with the firm long. Three of them are very new with the firm and they are starting to see through the machinations snd manipulations of the owner. They'll soon move on. The four of them are wonderful people and great attorneys. They operate with integrity despite him.
On another note, turnover was rampant. I was there 9 months and the person who had been there the longest was there 2 years. All of the rest of us were very new. Telling?
I've given you my opinion. I don't think this is the firm you want to go with. This firm is only for rich people without ethics.
