Nick is a person of amiable character; however, I would exercise caution in endorsing his legal representation for any litigation matters. Dealing with contentious legal adversaries and complex litigation demands a certain degree of resoluteness. Nick, unfortunately, does not exhibit the tenacity required to secure the full extent of what is rightfully owed to you. In my experience, his negotiations yielded only a sum sufficient to cover my legal fees, leaving me with nothing to compensate for my claims.
Throughout our discovery phase, Nick exhibited a tendency to confusion when handling intricate case details and had difficulty procuring responses from the opposing party. Even after securing an agreement that proved to be unfavorable, he encountered insurmountable obstacles in attempting to secure payment or garner any form of response from the opposing legal team.
Currently, I find myself burdened solely with a substantial legal expense, without any corresponding benefit or compensation.

I am so thankful for everything Nick has done for us. Even though he had other cases to work on, I never felt pushed to the side of left behind. He was attentive and caring! He always communicated and answered all of our questions. He represented us well in front the judge. I will definitely contact Nick in the future if I need an attorney. He's awesome!

I hired Nick to probate an estate. He did such a great job that I have recommended him to several of my friends. He does a wonderful job in taking care of his clients.

Our issue was related to a Real Estate Transaction. I was the listing agent on a transaction which was a cash deal. The buyer canceled out of the transaction after the option period (by accident at first). The seller did not want to hold the buyer to the purchase, which was nice of them, however felt the earnest money should be released to the seller. After considerable emails and calls with the buyer and the buyers broker, Mr Scott drafted the demand letter for our transaction. I had asked several other title attorneys what to do and for help, they all suggested that the seller move on as it is difficult to get the earnest money. Mr. Scott was the ONLY attorney willing to draft the demand letter at a reasonable fee to submit to the buyer.
Ultimately the buyer released the earnest money to the seller.
Kudos to Mr. Scott for going to bat for our seller. I would recommend him highly if needed for a Real Estate transaction.
