Closing with Chris Sullivan was a breeze. He and Lynn made my recent closing smooth and seamless. What a relief! From Contract to Close, this group worked tirelessly to make sure all the details were covered. The communication during the transaction was constant and it's always nice to know what's going on behind the scenes with Survey, HOA, Title Commitment, etc. When it came time to fund, I was impressed with the speed and efficiency. The best title company is one that your clients don't remember the names of the people working the files because it means nothing went wrong. These people are freakin' ninjas, I tell you.
