She is very precise. A lot of our contact was through email and she made sure I understood that I was to send an acknowledgment to verify that I received hers. She kept me informed every step of the way as to the progress of our case and what I was to expect. She had to work around my special physical limitations and was very helpful. She arranged transportation to my court date and made sure I was informed and prepared.
