My legal team at Peabody Law firm did an outstanding job. After battling cancer and the side effects of chemo, I realized I do not have my Will updated. I am only 55. The mistake I made was “I am young and in good health”. After last year I realized what a burden I would have put on my family had I not lived. As a Mother and a Wife, consider making sure you consider your children who are off to college, if your college student needs help with medical decisions and over 18. You may be challenged with doctors if you have no legal rights, HIPPA, Medical Power of Attorney or proper forms to help them IF they need it. Think about it. Family. Your children, grandparents, spouse and others will have a much easier time with life events, knowing what you want and what they want in their last wishes to be administered with no or minimal conflict. My family deserved this and I am so thankful I lived long enough to finish these documents. Peabody Law Firm is who we trust.

Working with Peabody Law Firm has been great. The staff worked to make efficient use of our time while also making sure that we felt unhurried. They made the process of drawing up our will and setting up a trust extremely easy, and provide exceptional instructional resources for our trustees/executors. Most of the early meetings were virtual to accommodate our needs (we have a 4 mo. old), but they were equally accommodating when we came in to sign all of our documents (including the very noisy 4 mo old!).
