Extremely extremely rude, as in - I have never spoken with a more rude individual, and without warning hangs up on you.

Horrible. I used her over 10 years ago and I see she has not improved (based on the reviews). Her decree was so bad that multiple lawyers laughed at it and asked if she was a real attorney.

Let start off I am Marine I hate hate LAWYERS But I have know Rita personally and professionally now over 20 years So you can bet giving a lawyer a review is serious matter to me. The Law Office of Rita M. Boyd was easy to work with, responsive and timely in returning my call. Rita Office assistant was conscientious, knowledgable, and ready to serve. I was given an immediate consultation with Rita where she explained all of my possible options, including one where the result was to hire a lawyer out of state, giving me information as to how to pursue that avenue. She gave me a list of recommendations and resources for personal research on my own behalf, then told me to feel free to contact him if I needed any further assistance or advice. She helped me take an honest look at all my possible options with a free consultation. After completing my personal research I decided who to hire and or consult with. She is so Honest, almost to a fault knowledgeable, and caring. She and her assistant were easy to speak with, creating a safe environment in which to disclose private concerns, giving me the feeling I was speaking to someone on my side. Even with a 25 year so called experience she takes your heavy retainer amount and drink that up showing hours of research on your case. She ask the client about how much money they have and she weigh her victim by that. She should return everybody she did wrong with. If i use strict words then i am afraid the review might be deleted. My mistake that I didn’t read the reviews before becoming a victim of her.

This is not an attorney I used before but she is representing my the mother on my daughter Melissa . Rita just told me WHAT THE HELL (WTH) in a professional email regarding the case.

Through a friend, we found Daniel. Daniel was very attentive, listened to all of mine and my husbands concerns regarding my step-children. He came up with a way to get what was best for our children, without even going to court!! Everything lined up perfectly and it all came together like it should have. We hired him in late October/Early November, and we are done in January. He worked efficiently and quickly. He's even communicated with my husband on the weekend with some of our concerns! This man is not in it solely for a payday. I feel he is genuine, and truly wants to help families work out what's best for the children. Our family has looked forward to this for 6+ years, with 4 different attorneys before finding Daniel, and 2 trial court hearings, and Daniel got it done in 3 months! He knows the law, and explains it well in layman terms. He does not beat around the bush. He tells you what is possible, and why it's not possible. He stresses so YOU don't have to! He'll be the first we call if we need an attorney again!

I was beyond impressed with Daniel. He was asked to take on a very complicated case and had only a short time to prepare. This attorney is highly skilled, and intelligent. He was able to accomplish what 3 prior attorneys had failed to do. Daniel was able to get an outcome that was beyond what we asked for. Unfortunately, the worst situation, unveiled in the courtroom. I honestly believe, to this day, that I would have received the same results, had I just NOT showed up.

Daniel helped me recently with my divorce and was always available to talk through any questions or concerns I had. He was very kind and thoughtful when we talked through my feelings and what was reasonable in court. He worked late to help do some drafts to close out my case and was always on my side.

I reached out to many attorneys that wouldn't even look at my case, and Mr. Clanton came through last minute and helped me get my son back. This is the man you want representing you in court, he knows the law, he's clever and he will find a way for his clients. I was struggling with money and Mr. Clanton worked with us through those payments.
