Horrible. I used her over 10 years ago and I see she has not improved (based on the reviews). Her decree was so bad that multiple lawyers laughed at it and asked if she was a real attorney.

Let start off I am Marine I hate hate LAWYERS But I have know Rita personally and professionally now over 20 years So you can bet giving a lawyer a review is serious matter to me. The Law Office of Rita M. Boyd was easy to work with, responsive and timely in returning my call. Rita Office assistant was conscientious, knowledgable, and ready to serve. I was given an immediate consultation with Rita where she explained all of my possible options, including one where the result was to hire a lawyer out of state, giving me information as to how to pursue that avenue. She gave me a list of recommendations and resources for personal research on my own behalf, then told me to feel free to contact him if I needed any further assistance or advice. She helped me take an honest look at all my possible options with a free consultation. After completing my personal research I decided who to hire and or consult with. She is so Honest, almost to a fault knowledgeable, and caring. She and her assistant were easy to speak with, creating a safe environment in which to disclose private concerns, giving me the feeling I was speaking to someone on my side. Even with a 25 year so called experience she takes your heavy retainer amount and drink that up showing hours of research on your case. She ask the client about how much money they have and she weigh her victim by that. She should return everybody she did wrong with. If i use strict words then i am afraid the review might be deleted. My mistake that I didn’t read the reviews before becoming a victim of her.

This is not an attorney I used before but she is representing my the mother on my daughter Melissa . Rita just told me WHAT THE HELL (WTH) in a professional email regarding the case.

I was beyond impressed with Daniel. He was asked to take on a very complicated case and had only a short time to prepare. This attorney is highly skilled, and intelligent. He was able to accomplish what 3 prior attorneys had failed to do. Daniel was able to get an outcome that was beyond what we asked for. I highly recommend Daniel Clanton for any of your family law needs.

Unfortunately, the worst situation, unveiled in the courtroom. I honestly believe, to this day, that I would have received the same results, had I just NOT showed up.

I hired Rita for a child support modification. Worse decision I could've made! I spoke with Rita several times before we met and I retained her. Things seemed to be fine with the modification other than not really being able to communicate with her other than by text. I was told she had been in the hospital, a few times that she was "medicated" was another reason only text messages. I was told by Rita to not contact the other parent regarding the modification because she was cooperating and agreed to not move forward with an increase in support! The day of court the other parent DIDN'T even show up! Of course I'm happy as heck! Things did seem a lil off with Rita at court but whatever, no big deal. Judge goes over the order, papers are being signed, and passed around. Rita finally hands me the order to sign and I leave. A week or so later my employer receives an order to increase money out of my check. I immediately reach out to Rita. After several attempts I finally got her on the phone. Explained to her what was happening and she pretty much told me it was my problem now! Come to find out I was handed papers from Rita in court to sign, which was the order to INCREASE my support. I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how this happened! At this point things with Rita went downhill fast! I've sent a certified letter, emails, texts etc and NO explanation or help from Rita. SO BASICALLY I PAID AN ATTORNEY $2500 TO GO WITH ME TO COURT SO I COULD SIGN AN ORDER TO INCREASE MY SUPPORT!!! I've been told to move forward with a grievance as well as a fee dispute against Rita. If need be small claims court as well! This has not only been a nightmare but also a financial set-back! I'm begging you...do not hire this lady!!!

Daniel helped me through my divorce recently. There were several oddities in regards to my marriage and he made the whole process simple, easy and as pain free as possible.

I am gonna say this about Mr. Daniel. He is someone you need in your corner Like a big brother. He helped me , he told me the truth , And he performed way beyond my expectations. I will only tell you this.... You can depend on him. And I will save his number forever (lol) Daniel I could not be happier with the outcome !!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!! People this lawyer will not let you down.

No court case, just legal work, but they were awesome.
