Everyone in the office is incredibly nice and Michael will personally sit with you and give you the best advise for your situation. He does not rush the conversation, he will explain the whole process, and he does everything he can to get the most for his clients. I was rear ended by someone who had terrible insurance. I called Michael and he set me up with a doctor that did x-rays and therapy. I did not have to pay for anything out of pocket even though the case was not even close to being settled at this point. He just wanted to make sure I get the care I needed and told me not to worry. I got my car fixed straight away and Michael said he would take care of everything with the insurance companies. I thought I got everything I was going to get and I was happy as it did not cost me anything, but then when the case was settled I got a check because Michael fights to get the most he can. THEN a few months later Michael calls me up and says I am getting another, much larger check. Turns out because he did an extra bit of leg work, there was an additional settlement. I came into the office to get the 2nd check and he sat and talked with me for a while. One of my family members had a similarly great experience with Michael which is how I was referred to him. Michael Francis did an outstanding job working my auto accident case. Michael stood by me patiently as he carefully laid out my options. I feel, as though, he shot straight with me the entire way through my over 2 1/2 year process, never leading me with false expectations. He was always available to explain any questions I had, and there were many. Mine was quite a complicated case. I had a very long recovery with 12 fractures among other injuries and, of course, the mental trauma associated with such a life changing event. I had little expectation that I would ever receive any compensation for my experience from the less than upstanding insurance company. The closure came with a settlement that far exceeded my expectations. Michael did a fabulous job for me. I would very highly recommend him.

I was injured in an auto accident due to being rear ended and the other person's insurance company tried to deny liability, and then made a low ball offer. Mr. Francis worked hard until we were finally able to settle with the max amount. Mr. Francis made sure that all of my medical bills and auto repairs were taken care of and was able to put money in my pocket as well. If I am ever in an auto accident again, Mr. Francis will be my first call.

Michael represented me for a auto accident that occurred in Spring of 2014. I felt harassed by the other person's insurance company for the medical and therapeutic treatment I was receiving and after asking various knowledgeable people I had a consult with Michael. Hearing how he was able to help one of his previous clients, I hired is firm about 5 months after the accident. The harassment stopped immediately. From the beginning, one of the first things I liked about Michael was that he told me what the realistic potential was of filing a lawsuit. None of the hype that one might see on the TV commercials where lawyers are screaming what they "can win for you". No, none of that. Just real life and what the real potential of the case was. From the accident, I suffered a back injury for which I had numerous medical procedures done and quite a lot of therapy. It was not the best of times for myself or family but we are still here and have successfully survived. This wasn't an easy case with a lot of delays thrown at us. With patience and Michael's guidance, 4 years later we finally got a offer of settlement that Michael and I agreed was very worthwhile. The time span of my case was long and drawn out but in the end a very, very fair settlement was reached thanks to - in no small way - Michael's experience.
