Michelle was a guiding light during one of the hardest times in my life. Having married my High School sweetheart and having 17yrs of marriage I never thought I’d be needing her services. She prayed with me before our mediation for reconciliation if possible, as I would have given anything to keep my marriage together via my wedding vows and for my children, despite all that had transpired. When it became obvious that was not going to be our course, she had us well prepared to navigate through the process. She was knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. She explained everything in detail until I felt truly comfortable – and I had an amazing amount of questions. She was clear on all the various possibilities and outcomes to expect and directions we should take. She let me lead on the way I wanted to approach our negotiations. I wanted my ex and I to be able to walk away a united team for our children. This isn’t to say there weren’t some really tough and emotional moments, but we made it through, and I always felt I had the best teammate in my corner. I can truly say that now our friends look at my ex and I as an example for the ideal relationship following a divorce.
