I’ve had the opportunity to seek out Tom’s assistance on two separate occasions over the last few years – one regarding a family law and custody case, and the other pertaining to a corporate compensation and negotiation issue with a previous employer. In both cases, Tom provided superior customer service surrounding three (3) key attributes – quality, time and cost. Thomas McElyea was hired to represent my 85 year old mother in a law case with a large trucking company. A driver of an eighteen wheel truck failed to stop at a traffic light and totaled my mother's SUV. She received injuries that took months to heal.
