Jason failed to transfer the deed of the property when he sent the will to probate court. I have been told by people at the Probate office he IS the one who is responsible for that! This made it impossible to deal with the mortgage company since only our mother was on the mortgage. For having 25 years experience, he sure didn't understand his responsibilities in this action. He became very rude when asked about this and frankly charged $500 more than other attorneys. Not happy with Jason Hawk as an attorney!

Used Jason and Rick Hawks for several family issues. Always prompt always fair. Price very reasonable.
