When I made the decision to get a divorce, I consulted with several attorneys that predicted years of litigation, outside consultants, forensic accountants and a six-figure price tag by the time it was over. At a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a fair resolution seemed almost impossible, I had a consultation with Ms. Kaisand. She was calm, empathetic and logical. She reassured me that even though it would be hard, she was confident that the outcome would be fair and she would help me get through it. My kids and I are eternally grateful for her hard work and dedication on my case. She not only got me what I asked for, but I got a better settlement than I had hoped for!! Courtney is AWESOME!! I was very happy with the level of service she provided! She is very easy to talk to; doesn’t make you feel dumb if you ask a question. Takes the time to listen and lay out a strategy for your case. Gives both, the good and the bad of what “could” happen. She is very straight forward yet compassionate. Reasonable with her prices, even helped me with a payment plan because this modification came out of nowhere. When I first went in to speak with her she put me at ease about the whole situation. As soon as I hired her she got to work quickly and always kept me in the loop on what was going on with my case. If I had to hire her again, I would. Highly recommend!!!

If there were a 10 star rating Courtney would get all 10 from me. She is beyond amazing and is really one of the rare people you meet in life that she is passionate about her line of work. Courtney is really here for the benefit of not only your child’s well being but also you as an individual. She really listens to any problems you have about your situation and will always be on your team. I knew from the first meeting of her taking the time to listen to my situation with my daughter and her father that she was willing to fight and help me win. Courtney is very outgoing and and has a cute bubbly personality but once she enters a courtroom her demeanor changes and out comes the claws (in a good way). She will go to bat every time for you and I assure you are in great hands when you are. Dealing with my ex and custody of my daughter I could never be thankful enough for choosing Courtney for my case. She has held my hand through it all and was always there to answer any questions I had through the process. Court in itself is a headache but Courtney really made it feel like a breeze and helped me with my anxiety through it all. Even a year later after our paper work was signed and filed, another situation popped up. Courtney is so amazing she was willing to sit down with me again and go over everything again and give her honest and professional opinion of my situation with my daughter and my ex a year after court.
