I sought mr. Green's council regarding my asylum application. I have been waiting for my asylum case to process since 2014 and I have been tired of waiting and experiencing some serious adverse events as a result of the wait. I met with mr. Green who recommended filing an expedite request. After discussing all my options during the free consultation session with Mr. Green, he suggested several resources for me to proceed with the expedite request. I used those resources and followed up with him. Mr. Green's office followed up with me regarding the request and the submission. I also hired Mr. Green as my asylum case lawyer and wanted him to be present in case I was offered an interview. A few days after filing the request officially, I finally received a phone call from the Houston asylum office inviting me to an interview. The interview however, was to happen the next morning. I called Mr. Green immediately, and he made himself available at the short notice. Mr. Green met with me before the interview and asked me a few questions to prepare me to the interview. His advices were to the points, honest, law abiding, and very relevant. After the interview, Mr. Green called me to give me his impression of how the interview went. His meticulous analysis only attests to his attention to detail, thoroughness, and genuine interest. It also demonstrated an insightful understanding of the law and familiarization with the asylum and expedite requests' process. *** Room to improve ***** ** I wish I had more time with my lawyer Mr. Green before the interview, however, the interview invitation happened a few days after the filing (5-7 days) of the request to expedite. We were both surprised by how fast the request was approved. Suggestion: maybe try to meet and discuss all particulars of the case before or on the same day you file your expedite request with Mr. Green. In short, Mr Green is a professional, intelligent, and knowledgable lawyer. I wish I would not need to hire him again but will definitely do if needed in the future. I strongly recommend hiring Mr. Green as your lawyer.
