I own a local clinic and been using Cindy Bennett Smith for over 10 years for my legal work. She has created non-compete contracts for my employees, reviewed leases, assisted me with landlord disputes, created corporate and trademark paperwork and has represented me with matters involving tortious interference. She has always been very responsive, easy to reach, and does not over charge. I have also used her on a personal level with an adoption. She is the first one I call for my legal work. Her experience is very well-rounded, her work is exceptional, and I highly recommend her.

Cindy Bennett Smith is that rare attorney who ALWAYS from the very beginning of the process, puts her clients first. I have both worked with her and employed her services and can say that she neither offers false hope, nor doom and gloom. What you get instead is a realistic, straightforward assessment of your situation and options regarding the path forward. She also is very judicious with her billing. No padding whatsoever.

I had multiple contracts for my company that needed to be reworked. Cindy did a very thorough job with them. She also explained several things that I needed to add, and brought up things I had never considered. I was happily surprised when I got the bill and it was much less than I expected it to be.
