This guy feels that a disabled woman making less than other less qualified people is not worth taking because she was only paid 50 cents less. Paying a person less because of a disability is wrong no matter the difference. This firm is a disgrace to anyone fighting equality in the workplace.

You have come here because either you or someone you know need help with an employment issue. We can certainly agree that these matters are not the pleasant one to be in, but sometimes legal means are the way to seek justice. In my case I had a situation in which it seemed the Employer acted without following certain "expected" guidelines resulting in unfair treatment. I approached the Employer, but my requests fell to deaf year. So I wanted to check if I had a "case" to pursue, my goal was to make them undo and correct the mistake they made. Here is my take-away: 1. Hessam is reasonable without the overhead of big firm law offices. You get the personal attention your case deserves, without having to lose your shirt. 2. Like with any services you hire, it helps if you know what your goals are, seek to work with the provider you have engaged. Along these lines Hessam is completely transparent, honest, will listen to your objectives, advise you on your options, and help with the path you have chosen. 3. He is not afraid to take on big corporations or act tough as and when needed for the desired goals and justice. 4. Going in you would have an idea of what you will be spending and what might turn-out at each juncture. 5. He is honest and transparent, you pay for the services and help you seek, you will not think he is out there just to make money, drag your case; it is a fair exchange. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend to others.
