HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...I was greeted with Excellence, when I called the Bastine Law Group...Everyone I spoke to from this law firm, were polite, informative and extremely knowledgeable and able to provide me direction for all of my concerns... I hired The Bastine Law Firm for my divorce, and won everything including spousal support, (and I was married less than two years)! The assistance I received from Brian Spady,, (Attorney Ronique Bastine Robinsons' Assistant), every time I called or came into the Law Offices, was impeccable, and he provided great advice...I highly recommend The Bastine Law Group; if you want a "For Sure Win."

By far the worst mistake we made in hiring this firm. If the lawyer we are dealing with now is an example of how this firm operates, they need to close down. My son is in the middle of trying to get his legal rights as a joint conservator for his two boys. This lawyer is obviously on the other party's side of just trying to take the easy way out. My son is set to pay child support and the children's portion of their health and dental insurance. From the beginning he requested to SEE a copy of what she had received from the mother's place of employment showing this information. In the latest draft of the proposed agreement an amount for this was included. The lawyer said the mother's employer paid for her and that she (the attorney) calculated the amount for insurance based on his two children. He still hasn't seen the information from the mother's employer What's the hold up? This has been requested repeatedly..

The Bastine Law Firm is an AWESOME LEGAL PRACTICE led by Ronique Bastine Robinson. I needed a knowledgeable, experienced, caring lawyer to handle my rather complicated divorce. What I got was a team of professionals with those qualities! Mrs. Bastine Robinson is articulate, efficient and result oriented! She took care of everything in a timely manner that really took all anxiety off my shoulders especially since I was also battling a major health issue. HIRE THIS LADY...YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. It was great working with Bastine Law firm for my family law matter! They were attentive, professional, technologically advanced, and everyone in the firm knew me. The communication was superior, and you could always reach someone when you called. I was going through a divorce and wanted custody of the kids. talk about how we got you more than 1/2 of the assets and that your children are with you and will be taken care of financially thru college.

I honestly can't speak for their attorneys in this situation. I contacted this law firm on a recommendation on how to contest or what options I had after an bias custody ruling in court. I never spoke with any attorney but the male clerk who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. He told me for a consultation it would cost me over $1,600.00 and after that they may or may not be able to assist. 2 hours for the lawyer to review my case and 1 hr for consultation. I have spoke to many other family law lboard certified attorneys in the houston area and this by far was the most ridiculous and least understanding of the at least 5others I spoke with. I was willing to pay for a consultation to offer guidance and perhaps retain services but not $1,600 and for them to say at the end they can't assist. If this is the way business is conducted with all then I would look for other more understanding firms

Professional, Courteous, and Compassionate, Attorneys, Paralegals, and Brian Spadey, (Financial Officer), who's the Key Player, during the process, and closing; resulting not only in obtaining, all you ask for; I work in a world of Longshore, (Government, can't touch retirement awards ), Mr. Brian Spadey, The QDRO Expert, has given me access to monies, my industry says, is not available, until retirement age... I hired Bastine Law Group to help with my divorce. Getting a divorce sucks, but having a firm that had your best interests in mind to guide you through the process was comforting. They were always very accessible by phone and email. I was always able to talk to a real person or received a callback in a timely matter. The process was explained so I knew what to expect. I'm glad the whole process is over. This firm is highly recommended to anyone needing legal help.

It's been over a year and I have not received a copy of my custody agreement that I requested multiple times. I also received an email that says I owe over $1000, which is hilarious considering I PAID IN FULL on day 1. Then to top it off, the invoice they sent me shows I have a $0 balence, and they did infact use my client trust fund to purchase the certified copy of my paperwork, that they never sent me. This is obviously no fault of Kara's who was my actual lawyer, and very good at her job, but I would not recommend based off of the law firm as a whole.

I highly recommend the Bastine Law Group. I have utilized this firm on several occasions. These ladies have a plethora of knowledge and experience that has been used to my advantage.
