I hired this woman for all I know could be a man to represent my loved one. I'm not sure that she actually exist. Her legal secretary are heckel or jeckel depending on if you catch them on a good day or not. Jennifer is often nice but very impatient. Angie is a liar and very rude. We were told that all request need to be made in writing. Conveniently they changed offices so mail was lost. When we first obtained services and made payment we asked to see Mrs./Mr. Redmond but was assured by Jennifer and Angie they could answer any questions. That should've been the first flag. After the professionalism that spewed out of Angie's mouth we asked to see Mrs./Mr. Redmond who then said and not directly she will see the inmate/client first and then decide if she needs to see us. So pleasant since we are the ones who actually paid for services. You get the run around from this office. I think I just need to file a complaint with the BAR. Not sure who else. But she is not in it for the people just the money. I would skip this attorney for sure. Bottom line 2nd parole was denied with a 2 year set off. Next one is in January and not even sure she is doing her job. Thank God we has sent letters to attorney and to parole in Austin. Of coarse she says she represent till client is free but I think even think she represents in the first place much less has a face that exist. Her license needs to be taken since she is robbing the poor. Low class attorney and office.

We hired Lori and I guess the best way to describe our experience is that you get what you pay for. She wasn't the best, but we didn't pay much. Her staff wouldn't speak much or respond to family members paying the fees and communicating for the inmate. I just felt like her customers are numbers..

Hello Ms. Ashima, Regarding her Character: You are one of the best lawyer I had ever seen. She is very down to earth, she takes cares of her clients in a very very respectable way. One thing I wanted to let the guys who are in trouble to know, Once we speak to Ms. Ashima, our problem is half solved. The way she deals the situation is superb. Regarding Money: She is not money minded, she wants to solve the problem first then money comes later. She is reasonable in charging the clients. I offered her little more, but she is such a person, she always sticks to her words. Therefore, I have seen a peroson, who cares very little for money. Regarding Availability: She is the best to reach her at anytime. Even she don't mind when I called her on cell phone. If she does not pick up her phone, she makes a point to call her client. Regarding Solving of a problem: She is such a best person that she thinks in different ways and she suggests the best way to proceed. She clarifies about our cons and pros, then she will ask us to take a decision. Regarding dealing with other party: I think the ways she spoke to other party really helped me to solve the problem. She is such a good human-being, defendant lawyer was convinced because of her good behavior and down to earth nature. She was having each and every paper work when she spoke to other lawyer. This shows her work dedication. She was crystal clear in her thoughts. Then, if you are looking for a lawyer please see these qualities. She has every good quality a true lawyer should have. I strongly recommend for every person who is in trouble to use her services as a lawyer, if you want to have an happy ending to your case. She is problem eliminator. Ashima is very knowledgeable and hardworking lawer. Go-getter and a winner. Her documentation is detailed, well researched and very effective. Involves in the case and has lots of patience to explain the legalities of the case to the simple minds like me. I highly recommend her as your attorney- if you have her you are the winner!!!
