I strongly recommend Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates those who wish to filing for green card process. Many cases were demonstrated with high success rate with professionalism. The staff of this law firm very cooperative and friendly in nature.

I have used Devang and his team for my father GC when deadlines were missed. They had insight about the whole GC process and improvised to meet the deadlines. Devang kept us informed about Immigration communications. The whole experience was professional and organized.

Feel free to contact me directly on Gmail why 1 star. Close to filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau, State Bar of Texas, and firing this law firm. I could have easily done all the work myself. Very unresponsive, unprofessional, w/ several errors on our about to submit documents to immigration w/ their attorney's signature who did not read the documents before signing them; thankfully my wife and I are type A personalities and caught their errors. Save yourself, do not hire this team.

Writ of Mandamus: I had lost all hopes for my pending AOS case with USCIS. I tried all options available but was out of luck. Then I decided to utilize the last option meaning filing the writ of mandamus ( makes federal agency to do their job). Long story short I decided to go for it and hired Mr. Willy’s law firm for it. I was briefed clearly and completely about all the steps to be taken to file the writ by Mr. Willy. The office assistant Sumita was superb in document collection and explaining the requirements for them. Mr. James parker along with Miss Madiha have been very thorough in their communications and have made this whole process very smooth for me. My case was not in Texas, and it was not an issue for the law firm as they hired the local assistance for that. Right after the writ was filed, I was called for a final interview by USCIS. Special thanks to Mr. Chiro who accompanied me for my interview and raised the valid points when the officers were interviewing me. Overall I would highly recommend everyone who is looking to file for immigration or looking for an issue resolution with immigration dept. to hire this team of professional lawyers.
