I am SO thankful to the team esp to Syed, Biju and Jino. They have been VERY helpful and SO patient for the requests for help as I coordinated with a group trip. Every request was promptly addressed and they would honestly tell you what cannot be done, but they will try their best first and offer other alternatives which is very helpful and decreases stress level as they are really sincere to offer you their services. I booked tickets through Shiloh Travels and then covid happened. I also booked another set of tickets through vayama. As you know vayama is a big agency, for 6 months there was no response from vayama, but shiloh travels had customer service all through the covid season and they went above and beyond to get my refund processed. You can trust them.When i rebook my tickets it will be through Shiloh Travels.

Finny Ommen’s customer service is really appreciable. Last year me and my wife booked for Israel trip and paid the full fare, but due to some unavoidable reasons we have cancelled the trip. My wife bought a flight ticket last year from him to go for a mission trip to North India and told him to keep the balance of the Israel trip money with him as she wants to go to Israel next year. Due to Covid19 pandemic there is uncertainty to plan another vacation In the near future. So, today my wife called Finny to return the balance money. We are so glad that within 1 hour he personally came to our home and returned the full balance amount without deducting any cancellation fees. That is his customer service. Whenever the cuff click call Vik. He helped me turn my life around and get my felony dismissed. He really cared and gave me the options to do whatever I wanted but he was honest.
