Great Lawyer. Case dismissed after being profiled and arrested for unlawful carry with no criminal record, simply because I'm in a motorcycle club. Benjamin got my case dismissed and only had to go to court one time. High recommended!

Going through a contested divorce as a dad of 2, anyone would be pretty nervous about the whole court system. It always seemed a bit tilted, you know? I would give a 0 but I can’t. This woman wasted my time with a case by stating she was taking the case and held onto my case for a week. This caused me to have to hurry and enter my own answer to the court and her excuse was to me her case load was too much. This should have been her response instead of agreeing to take the case in the first place so I could seek other counsel during this time period. This was not handled professionally or even considering my time constraints for the answer tot he court. I’m the end I had to scramble to get all of my stuff ready the night before it was due in order to keep the court from making a judgment because I didn’t answer he claim. Very frustrating and unprofessional!!!
