Anil was very professional and taught me about all the legal documents and pit falls. He is very knowleageable, patient and listen to all your questions and concerns. He is also very responsive on texts and email. It was the initial consultation of 45 min, which taught me most of the startup legal paperworks and he refused to charge me for it.
