I was referred to Anthony Segura from a friend of mine who is a Family Law Attorney in FortBend County. In Feb of 2019 I was charged with a 2ndDWI and a UCW. After having consultation with Anthony I hired him for my case. First of all my drivers license was suspended. Anthony was able to call for a hearing to get my license reinstated with in a week or two. During the whole case Anthony kept me well-informed. With me having a CDL I was facing of losing my license for life and losing my job. The outcome was amazing. Anthony went above and beyond to get in a Pre-trial program. He a man of his word for sure. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for an excellent attorney.

Contacted Anthony Segura for representation on a charge of DUI. Gave him our side of the story and at our word he went to fight for us. He kept us very informed of what was going on and gave us great advise in steps we needed to take. After several months of back and forth with the prosecutor they wanted to plea bargain a settlement. Mr Segura said we didn’t start this battle to end up in a settlement so we didn’t. He fought hard for us and stood his ground, final result was DISMISSAL of charges. As a civil lawyer, I was looking for a criminal defense lawyer in Fort Bend County to defend a family member. Brandon impressed me with his experience (former Fort Bend prosecutor) and his in depth knowledge of the inner workings of the Fort Bend criminal justice system. He came up with a sound strategy and was able to convince the Fort Bend prosecutor the right thing to do was to dismiss the case prior to trial. I would highly recommend Brandon.

Mr Segura was the best lawyer for the job. Anything to do with the law is terribly scary. He is full of knowledge and will do all he can to get the best result for you. What was important to me along with the way he operated was the way he conducts himself in the courtroom etc... He dresses confidently and with a powerful aspect. I needed legal assistance for DWI/UCW charges that I had in FT. Bend county. Anthony was recommended to me by a former coworker of my wife’s from a different law firm. She told us he is one of the best for these types of charges and has many years of experience defending people in situations such as mine. I contacted Anthony the following morning, he was incredibly responsive and put my mind at ease after getting some of the preliminary details of my stop. He set up a meeting with me and guided me through the first steps that I needed to take (The stop and set up with him was all smack in the middle of the Christmas holidays last year). Upon meeting with Anthony I was given the run down and process for how all of the DWI steps go in these matters. Steps by both the County/State as well as our steps on the defense side. These things take a very long time on the County/State side especially during that time of year after new elections. He kept in communication with me as we and they made steps to initial court hearings and evidence availability. We really appreciated his updates and guidance through these months. Ultimately after many months of resets due to the speed of the DA’s office having so much work load, Anthony was able to get a deal for me with the DA’s office to have the weapons charge put on hold. This allowed me to get into a new DWI program that the new DA had put into effect. Upon successful completion of this program, I will have the DWI and UCW charges dropped and potentially have the records expunged. It has been a long and slow process which is unavoidable but I was in the end able reach the result that both Anthony and I were shooting for. I firmly believe that his reputation as a lawyer as well as his overall caliber as such is the sole reason that we reached the outcome that we did. Now I am doing my part to complete all of the terms of the contract with the DA’s office to get my life truly back on track. Anthony if you’re reading this, thank you for all of your help and effort with my case and keep up the hard work!
