If you need the BEST, call David!! David was a tremendous asset to me on my DWI case.. he took what should of been a Felony down to a misdemeanor. David was extremely informative the whole way though and got me the best possible outcome imaginable. Highly recommend using David for your DWI or criminal case.

David was very helpful and prompt about getting me a court hearing. I requested a notion for early termination and he submitted it within a day or two. I had a court hearing a couple of weeks later. Still waiting on the verdict but I was very pleased with how everything was handled!

Judge Hunter represented me on a DWI case through Fort Bend County. This was my second DWI charge. He is a very conscientious individual and his knowledge of the legal system through previous experience as a Judge in Fort Bend County as well as his experience as a trial lawyer got me through the system unscathed. We were scheduled to go to court and just before the trial, obtained a plea bargain where I received an obstruction of highway charge and one year’s probation with deferred adjudication of the charge after the probation period. I had that charge taken off my public record after that time. I would recommend Judge Hunter to anyone in need of a good trial lawyer who is an expert in the field of DWI arrests. He will spend the needed time on your case to achieve the best results possible given the particulars of your situation.
