I am SO thankful to the team esp to Syed, Biju and Jino. They have been VERY helpful and SO patient for the requests for help as I coordinated with a group trip. I booked tickets through Shiloh Travels and then covid happened. I also booked another set of tickets through vayama. As you know vayama is a big agency, for 6 months there was no response from vayama, but shiloh travels had customer service all through the covid season and they went above and beyond to get my refund processed. You can trust them.When i rebook my tickets it will be through Shiloh Travels.
