If you have never needed an attorney, you don't how important it is to work with an attorney who has a good rapport with DA's and judges. We spoke to several attorneys and even the other ones told me we needed to go with Elan. He spoke to the DA, and within a short time, the DA issued a 'notice of rejection' declining to prosecute the case. Elan then filed papers for expunction of criminal records. Everything was handled brilliantly. I would recommend Elan 100 times over.
