Excellent work! Cindy went above and beyond - she was responsive, knowledgeable, and even provided valuable long-term strategic information AFTER her work was completed. I was to get paid LAST NOVEMBER for my lawsuit and that HAS NOT HAPPENED! Now, the phone rings twice and cuts off! I am BEYOND MAD! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I guess I will get another lawyer to go after Dunken to get my money.

I submitted paperwork for a potential case back in January 2020. I tried to contact them about a month ago. Spoke to a lady and told me her system was down, so she couldn't see any updates to my case. I tried to call yesterday several times amd the number got forwarded to a cellphone. Tried to contact them via Facebook. My messages are getting read but no response. This is not professional and darn right rude and annoying!

I was referred to Mr. Axel to help me with a car accident case after the other driver's insurance company wrongfully denied liability. Jeremy really cared about me and made sure that the insurance company got my car fixed, paid for the damages caused by their driver. He was always available to answer questions and I had a lot because I was frustrated with the insurance company but he really put me ease and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
