I worked with Ben while he was at the DA’s Office. He was always knowledgeable on the law and a reasonable counterpart. He actively listened to arguments in order to properly dispose of cases. I believe his experiences as an assistant district attorney will benefit the clients he represents as a criminal defense attorney.

I did not know who to contact or what to do when I was served a petition for a legal matter. Pheobe Smith was referred by a friend & I am so glad I contacted her with only a day to spare before going before the judge Ms. Smith took control of the matter & handling it very professionally . Responding almost immediately to my many emails & phone calls - she was always able to put my mind at ease & that made me know I had made the right choice to have Ms. Smith represent me. ! I also file a claim for roundup suit in 2019 never heard nothing from them until a month ago in 2021 they pushed me off to another law firm so I have to go through the whole process again I give up thank for Nothing

I was to get paid LAST NOVEMBER for my lawsuit and that HAS NOT HAPPENED! Now, the phone rings twice and cuts off! I am BEYOND MAD! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I guess I will get another lawyer to go after Dunken to get my money.

I submitted paperwork for a potential case back in January 2020. I tried to contact them about a month ago. Spoke to a lady and told me her system was down, so she couldn't see any updates to my case. I tried to call yesterday several times amd the number got forwarded to a cellphone. Tried to contact them via Facebook. My messages are getting read but no response. This is not professional and darn right rude and annoying!
