Case charge: assaulting Result with Pheobe as representative attorney: dismissed after about a month Communication during the span: Pheobe took very thorough notes about the incident details and my requests at our first meeting, analyzed the complexity and potential results of the case, and planned the next steps ahead. Once the contract was signed, she collected all the information that benefited the case. I'm sure she has strong network and eloquent negotiation tactics to get the case finally dismissed. Another thing I really admire is she is very responsive, which is life-saving when you are in an intensely anxious phase with high possibility of unforeseeable emergencies.
