Divorce and Custody Vicki and her team represented me in my divorce and custody proceeding. Judi, Mia, Michelle, Ashley and Gabe made sure I had all the documentation I needed and advised me, at great length, of the process to ensure a successful outcome. The staff was always readily available via phone and email and kept me informed every step of the way. My calls were answered promptly and the staff sent all incoming documents quickly. Vicki is high-energy, confident, determined and I would highly recommend her. She was very aggressive during mediation and push when I needed it, but measured with the compassion and encouragement I needed. Vicki and her team were not only supportive but very understanding! Allowed me to ask questions and answered all! Not something I wanted to go through, but this team helped me get through this! If asked I plan on recommending this team! I could feel their compassion not just for my case, but for me and my children as well My favorite thing is the communication and keeping me in the loop..but they are also very organized and definitely know what they are doing!

TLDR: Great experience-- definitely recommend. I was really pleased with my experience with Vicki and her team. Divorce is never easy to deal with, but she and her staff were understanding and receptive to my concerns. They were sympathetic to my situation but also realistic in setting expectations with me and that really helped along the way. I also have ZERO experience with anything like this (verses my ex-spouse who is now twice divorced). They advocated for me, but also let me set the pace and tone of how things proceeded. Now, to give a total honest review, you have to know one thing about me: I am as frugal as it is possible to be. I just don't want to be frivolous in my expenditures and many other lawyers I interviewed kind of laughed at my concerns about cost and trying to keep my expenses as low as I possibly could (I know, I know, whoever heard of a cheap divorce?! I get it). But Vicki listened and understood where I was coming from. With their consideration of my concerns, I knew each email I sent and each phone call I made would be well worth the expense because they knew what it meant to me to be spending like that. Vicki's team taught me that a good lawyer is worth the price, and a great lawyer will also make their clients see value in the expense with the quality of their work. Money can't buy happiness, but in this case-- with a divorce completed in 4 months-- Yes, it absolutely can and absolutely did. Thank you Vicki and Judi!

Divorce is stressful enough, the team you hire shouldn't add to that. I don't feel like 13k was worth all the headaches, going back and forth with answers and being misinformed. It look a friend of mine and the mediator to bring up an option that actually worked better for my case. No thanks to the team that should've mentioned this option to me in the first place. Towards the end of my divorce I made a call to clarify something on the agreement just to be told different answers by the same person (she never answered my question btw) and then be told to use my best judgment. Of course I was billed for this useless response. Not to mention I was called a liar and my experience with this individual was completely dismissed. I was made very clear that what I had to say didn't matter with my 0 experience as an attorney. I wouldn't be surprised if they say this doesn't align with their records since that's what they replied to those who had a bad experience. There's more to it but this is the main reason I am displeased with services rendered. Don't bother looking at your invoice either because anything you see as incorrect will be considered nitpicking and [you] just wanting their money. Only ladies I appreciate is Michelle and Mia for being honest with me throughout my case. Everyone's experience is different and this is my experience so take it with a grain of salt. 10/10 do not recommend. Edit: Shooing me as if I were a dog, belittling me because I'm not an attorney then hanging up on me after calling me a liar and a thief and you say you wish me the best?!?! Vicky you made it very clear you will never return a single penny and don't you remember telling me to never call your office again because you will never help me?!?!? What will calling the office or setting up another zoom meeting do? Give you the chance to disrespect me and belittle me?!? I hope Angela doesn't tell others to use their best judgment when seeking advice. Like i told you people in my last email, at least i make my living honestly without taking advantage of others. Many have seen the emails and know what you are about Vicky. ✌️
