My fiancé was facing a felony DWI charge and we didn’t know where to turn. We were highly recommended to David Kiatta by a family, attorney friend. Right from the start he took charge and handled every aspect of the legal issues. I have never had someone go out of their way and treat us the way that David Kiatta did. He treated us as if we were family and he genuinely cared about helping us. During this time my fiancé received 2 more convictions. David went out of his way to help us without even having to ask. He was always there when we needed him whether in person, email, or a phone call. All of the charges, including the felony DWI were dropped! I honestly do not think anyone else could have gotten this outcome. David Kiatta is an honest, man of God who genuinely cares about the people he represents. He also really knows his way around a court room and everyone loves him. Because of David Kiatta we were given a fresh, new start at life. This would have never happened without his help, guidance, and hard work. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. We will never be able to repay him for everything he has done for us.

I cannot begin to express enough thanks to David Hunter for what he’s done for me on my case. David was very helpful and informative from the very beginning. Mr. Segura was a true professional in handling my case. He listened to everything said inside and outside of the courtroom. He knows his stuff and knows how to use it. I said to him during my trial when I was in doubt that "we'll need to use some of his magic." He said to me "there's no magic." So I watched and listened to him perform and he was right. There was no magic. It was all SKILL. The way he spoke to the witness, the jury, the assistant DA and the judge. He was strong in getting his points across and ultimately helped me win my case. I was obviously happy and relieved with the result of my case. He did his job and did it well. I can't thank him enough for a job well done.
