Mr. brandon was the best lawyer on earth. I made a mistake and drove fast on the highway and I got arrested and if it wasn’t him I couldn’t get my American citizenship and I couldn’t pass the interview without my case being dismissed and my wife is overseas I couldn’t bring here to the America. But Mr. Brandon took care of me and got my case dismissed in and he was doing his best to dismiss my case ASAP. That’s why I recommend everyone in Houston with a case to hire him. He saved my life with this dismissal and now I can actually go to my interview and bring my wife to United State.

I ended up in a very unfortunate situation that I've never been in before. Mr. Sims was able to not only get my case dismissed but also got my arrest expunged. All very quickly and for a fair price. As a civil lawyer, I was looking for a criminal defense lawyer in Fort Bend County to defend a family member. Brandon impressed me with his experience (former Fort Bend prosecutor) and his in depth knowledge of the inner workings of the Fort Bend criminal justice system. He came up with a sound strategy and was able to convince the Fort Bend prosecutor the right thing to do was to dismiss the case prior to trial.

Never in a million years did I think I would ever need to hire a Defense Attorney, or be in trouble with the law in the first place. To make matters worse - my career involves a license to practice, and with strict criminal history regulations; I seriously thought my life was over. After calling around and speaking to a few attorneys, my conversation with Brandon Sims stood out from the rest. He could tell I was shaken up about the whole thing, and offered to meet me at his office after hours. Brandon took his time thoroughly explaining the steps ahead. Brandon is great with communication, he is very honest and straightforward he does not mis lead to make one hopeful or distressed about a situation he simply lays out the facts for you. Brandon represented a family member in a felony drug case.
