Señor Torres Increíble su mal servicio, tenia corte hoy 13 de Abril a las 9 am llego antes que todos sus otros clientes y usted decide atenderme de ultima y luego no puedo ni comunicarme vía email con usted ni por teléfono, me deja luego sola en la corte porque tenía que irse y de igual forma ni me resolvió el caso porque tuve que pagar un fee y eso lo podía haber hecho por mi cuenta. Tengo mucho coraje porque me dejo sola allí, las personas de la oficina a me atendieron súper mal a pesar que les pedía que por favor me cobraran para irme porque sabían que tenía una emergencia…. Sabe cuánto tiempo espere??? Una hora no había nadie ese lugar y la rabia era horrible! Quisiera que me devolviera mi dinero ya que ni siquiera nadie contesta en su oficina … Señor Torres Con todo respeto! Tiene que aceptar cuando alguien no está contento con su servicio. Me puso un comentario a mi porque siente que usted ha hecho su trabajo bien, cuando no fue así. Me llama para pedirme que le quite mi mala calificación. Usted nunca le puso prioridad a mi caso en lo absoluto. Por lo menos eso fue lo que sentí. Y a eso le suma la mala actitud de las personas de la corte. Usted y ellos no me dieron mas opciones si no pagar $180 y estar en probatoria Y lo acepto que me equivoque pero no puedo recomendar algo que no me gusto! Espero que usted tenga mejor servicios como otras personas . Gracias
