I contacted Mr. Stornello to file a early termination of probation motion. He explained to me the process and what to expect when going to court. He was very professional and answered any questions that I had.

I hired Me. Stornello as my legal representation for a matter I had gotten involved with. He was very point blank from the start on what reasonable expectations to have as to the possible outcomes of my case. After several months of work, my case was dismissed. We had a hearing and the State fought real hard to convince the Judge to revoke me and send me to prison. But Mr. Stornello did a great job for me and the Judge gave me a second change and put me back on probation. Rosario Stornello took $4900.00 of a retainer after only 5 business days. This firm did NOTHING but fudge bogus figures for things they NEVER performed. After a $5000 retainer and total of TWO emails with ONE SENTENCE on each I decided they were not going to be the right fit. I immediately told them I no longer needed their services and he got mad at me and then sent me back $100 of the $5000 retainer along with a list of ridiculous charges with $500 going to a phone call to his secretary to give her my credit card number. He even charged me $100 for the only phone call made to him to tell him they were not going to work out, total of 5 minutes before he got mad and hung up on me. How lawyers can get away with stealing funds and charging total BOGUS FRAUDULENT charges they should be ashamed. I pray this does not happen to anyone else and people should really be aware of who they are dealing with. This is a high profile company and people need to know what kind of men they are dealing with.

My 6th grade son was falsely accused of assault that supposedly happened at his jr. high school. We retained Rosario after my son was interrogated by one of the districts police officer. We should have retained him before he was interrogated. NEVER let your child speak to a police officer alone. I would not hesitate to hire Rosario again if we ever find ourselves needing another criminal attorney.
