Attorney Duckett is extremely professional. He was always willing to answer my questions professionally and without delay. I tried for over a year to collect delinquent child support payments in the amount of $22,000, and used two different lawyers. Attorney Duckett was the only one that seemed not only interested in helping me, but was also successful in obtaining the payments for me. He kept me informed of my case at every turn. I would highly recommend him. I have no doubt as to his expertise and would use him again if the need ever arose.

For legal advise you want a person with experience 10yrs or more. Mr. Duckett name had surface twice, he was truly a God Sent.. He gave me more advise in 1day than I recieved in 6months from my original attorney. Attorney Duckett has compassion for the type of work he does. He is Extremely Professional and easy to communicate with. I knew from day 1 over the telephone, I wanted him to represent me. I could have kicked myself. Six months later, I found myself calling him again, with my same old problems. I like him because he cuts through the chase. He is honest, direct, is very patient, outstanding listener. He is very knowledgeable in various areas of the law. He is willing to answer questions, even if you have asked him that question before. He has no problem asking you to update him on the last conversation. Often times when your going through a divorce your vulnerable. People make you feel embarrassed and uneasy. He was really put things into prospective. Their is life after divorce. Attorney Duckett is a person that will give you the facts and the true. REAL TALK. Only good with filing paperwork...He has not litigation skills at all and very scared or nervous to speak up in court. Poor listening and retaining skills.. He will just sit back and watch your case go down hill and do nothing to help you. He will not speak up when he should and when he does, he reads from a script of questions. Very slow to respond and will never take the lead and will avoid conflict at all cost. Out of his league as a attorney and has the nerve to be high priced . SMDH! Very dissatisfied client..

tony ducket is always late unprepared and apparently has no strength in a court room, He botch my divorce terribly. He does'nt even recall details from court date to court date, he simply gave in to everything my bitter x wife wanted, i even have to go to jail for failure to pay child support from 05 and 06 even though were together and did'nt seperated until 08.

I was in need of a lawyer in a common law case, I had called lawyer after lawyer, Honesty, Knowledgable, kept me inform, Mr. Duckett is one of a kind, you just don't find lawyers like him anymore.
