He was very prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails. Something that most people have a serious problem with out here for some reason but he was amazing and within a half hour we would have replies usually almost instantly. He did a great job of walking us through everything that would happen. He even gave us the questions that the court would ask So to prepare us for that phone call. Everything he needed we got to him immediately and so everything was very smooth and uneventful. Thank you for the great customer service and care about our situation.
