Mr. Ginn worked diligently on my Assualt Family Violence case. Getting the charged reduced from a Felony 2 with up to 10 years probation; down to a Class A Misdemeanor with 2 years probation. There was always someone in his office, if he was not available to answer any questions I had. I can't thank the law office of Mr. Ginn for his successful work with my case.

I was going through a tough divorce, having been left with many issues from a prior attorney that didn’t seem to have my best interest at heart, or my sons! Mr. Ginn jumped in and did whatever he could to repair the damages left behind, took a personal interest that is rare. He has Christian values and it shows in his work.

In 2014 I hired John Ginn to represent me for a marijuana charge. A class B misdomenor, the only legal trouble I’ve ever had. He made a deal with me to pay him 1000 dollars and he would get the entire case thrown out, relatively soon, no problem. Over the course of thee years I hade 8 court appearances for this one case that shouldn’t have taken half the time or court appearances. Finally three years later apparently in all that time the best deal he could make was for me to be on probation for half a year and have the charge permanently on my record forever. I wish that I had chosen any other legal representation. The probation a court costs alone where over 500 dollars. I honestly feel that I would have had a better fate with even a court appointed lawyer. Please do yourself a huge favor and really think twice about letting John Ginn or his firm represent you.

This is the worst possible legal representation you can select. His partner reviews are good and he’s customer reviews are almost non existent. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY WITH YOUR FUTURE. Don’t make the same mistake I did an hire him to represent you in the court of law. You will suffer greatly. Do yourself a favor and select ANY other lawyer. They are bound to have more competence and honesty. This man is a LIAR.

Absolutely abhorrent. ANY Public Defender is a superior choice to this incompetent excuse for a lawyer. Don’t pay for his representation, not only would it be a waste of money, but you would face the worst penalty’s possible under his representation. He WILL LIE to you and deceive you to an inexorable extent. Make ANY other choice when it comes to legal representation, for your futures sake stay far away from this guy.
