I reached out on 9/18 & spoke with Pam (she was great). I scheduled a one hour consultation with the attorney for 9/20 at 3:30. After our phone conversation, I emailed their office the documents she requested for the attorney to review. I received a call the day of the scheduled appt at 3:20 from a lady named Karla stating that the attorney had a current appointment running longer than expected - NOT a problem. I told her that I could be available until 5:00 and/or anytime the following day - I have yet to hear from Karla or the attorney. I did get an email from Karla on the day of the scheduled appt 10 min prior to the scheduled time stating that the attorney could not see/talk with me until Monday September 25th. Luckily all that I lost was time.

KLG helped me navigate and successfully resolve a dispute. Their staff is professional and friendly. Consultation with Jeff brought clarity and calm to an otherwise very stressful situation. Thank you to Jeff, Sana, Robert, Melissa and everyone else at the KLG team!

I had the pleasure working with Robert and his team with an issue related to transfer of Agreement of Sale of my home from one location to another without losing my deposit. Robert worked closely with me and got this done diligently. Thank you Kelly legal group for assisting in this issue.

If you are buying land, especially in west Texas, where you need to dive deep into mineral rights and even wind rights, it's best to take advice from an attorney. I wasn't aware that when you buy land, someone else might gave wind rights which means they can build a windmill whenever they want...on your land. I want to thank Sana at Kelly Legal Group in Austin. She helped look into existing lease, contract, title warranty, and guided me to a successful closure. Yes the advice costs money per hour, but is worth it for the peace of mind during and after the purchase.

I wanted to share a very positive experience with Jeff Kelly. I called his firm earlier today and was set up with a same day appointment. I had a lot of questions and uncertainty in my situation and Jeff was definitely able to put my mind at ease. Great customer service!

Do not use, unless you want to be charged for hearings that didn’t happen, have filings promised that take over a year of asking about to actually be filed, and then be double charged once it’s finally filed (over a year late), etc. I started a billing dispute, and questions about, a bill in November 2021, was strung along until November 2022, where I was told by multiple people in his firm that they would be resolved after Thanksgiving. Well, now it’s Valentine’s Day and still no resolution. Meanwhile, the billing questions have increased, I’ve paid him tens of thousands of dollars, and he left me high and dry. Worst experience ever.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeff and the team at Kelly Legal Group! They were easy to contact and quick to schedule a consultation. Jeff did an amazing job answering our questions about the Texas resident homestead exemption. We won't hesitate to contact them again if we need more real estate legal services.
