Great and knowledgeable attorney! He helped us out when no one else would. He also didn't ask for thousands of dollars as a retainer as most big firms were asking for plus I got the attention our case needed. He is my go-to guy for everything!

Chris is an incredible guy, he really showed compassion and urgency in my case. He was the only lawyer who would work with my budget and make things happen. I gave him 900.00 we went to one court date..he didn't do 900.00 worth the work...sure glad I didn't give him the whole 1500.00 he ask for..cause when I asked for my money back he didn't have it...so he is more of a rip you off kind of lawyer..lesson learned

I had the opportunity to consult with Mr Osborn on a Tenant-Landlord issue . After numerous attempts to settle this dispute, I decided to go the small claims route. Although he did not represent me, he was able to provide needed direction. I found Mr Osborn to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I did not feel that I was talked down to, as this has happened with other attorneys . He graciously provides a free 30 minute consultation. After this positive experience , I intend to have him perform other legal matters.
