THIS GUY IS A THIEF CHARGED ME 3500.00 FOR NOTHING AND TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE AN ATTORNEY THATS REALLY GONNA FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. HE REALLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU WONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.

This law firm doesn't deserve ANY stars. Stay away from this crook, you'll have better luck on your own. Just keep your money, otherwise it'll be like flushing it down the drain. They're quick to collect their money but it all goes down hill from there. Nothing but false promises and at the end doesn't get anything done. Really bad at following up, keeping you in the loop of things, and really hard to get a hold of after you pay them. Always makes excuses.

I wouldn't send anyone his way. I talked to him 2 times over the phone that probably totaled up wo 10 mins. I was sending all the information I had that I thought would help, but that was obviously pointless! I felt like I was just giving my money way. I paid him 2000+for NO REASON WHATSOEVER!!! He showed up late to our mediation, was on his phone the whole time, in and out of the room. He didn't know ANYTHING about my child support case. He literally let the judge interrogate me. I was so uncomfortable and confused. He didn't speak on my behalf (even though I thought that's why I was paying him) Bottom line. I paid him just to get nothing I wanted out of the situation and of course since I felt like he didn't bother to do his job he didn't need anymore of my money. Do not send anyone his way!

I am 100% thankful for Ernest and how much of a wonderful job he did to help me on my case. God bless him and his family.

Ernest picks and chooses what cases he will ethically stand up for. I have had the worst experience, you would expect the way he treats his clients to be grand instead he treats you like he is a public defender with no customer service skills. I have brought this man business other than mine. I feel he lies to his clients all the time. he has several complaints across the internet. Mr. Alderete you have a great business, whats going on?

Hired him for a case.. hardly called had to call him.. disregarded potential evidence.. lost fax. Didnt show up for court dates, would call his office, they said he was on his way but he called the court and canceled.several times. Said he would handle another issue that came up with case.. he didnt and lead to arrest... Don't recommend him
