Every person that works here are friendly and helpful I work with several attorneys in this office who takes the time to speak with you. They listen to what you have to say, then actually gives you advice that is appropriate.

I called Harrell, Stoebner & Russell because I had a very complex real estate issue that I needed handled. This was my first time working with lawyers, so I did not know what to expect. Tyler Livingston was assigned my case. I was blown away by his professionalism, and attention to detail. After briefly explaining my issue, he basically took a heavy load off of my shoulders and did the appropriate research and ground work. I was shocked that he took the time to go into such great detail to ensure that he did took the most appropriate action for my personal situation. Once the final bill came, I was once again surprised by the value I received. I would have expected to pay much more than I was charged due to the amount of time Tyler spent on my case. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone seeking representation, and if Tyler gets assigned to your case, you will be in great hands. No doubt that I will use this law firm again in the future if the need arises.

I have been more than satisfied with HSR!! I have closed several real estate deals at their office. The lead legal assistant for all RE closings is Debbie Smith and she is a top-shelf ROCK STAR!!! I could close deals with my favorite local title company, but the small extra dollars to close with Debbie is way way worth it. Besides being very responsive and easy to communicate with, her extensive knowledge on legal matters and her quick access to the various on-site attorneys has been an extreme value for our crazy deal scenarios that are rarely "normal" transactions. Also, Toi Maddox handles my new corporate biz filings at HSR and she also maintains my corporate books. Her knowledge and expertise has been very helpful in guiding me to make the best choices for starting a new biz entities. She also thoroughly understands the affect on accounting aspects too, which is another helpful resource. Neither of these awesome ladies give legal advise, but they both help me think thoroughly about my situations, and from many angles. This benefits me to choose a better path forward than I could do alone, or in some cases, helps me to determine if an attorney's advise and assistance is needed, etc. All the attorneys and staff I have met at HSR are very friendly and helpful, but for me, I'd like to highlight these two sharp gals. The bottom line is that HSR is a great vendor resource overall for many legal matters, especially those involving real estate and business entity formation. :-)
