Directions: one step south of shady.

I made an appointment in late June and got an appointment for July 15. The front office was very polite and professional. My phone consultation with Eric Stroebner was not helpful, and I wouldn’t classify the exchange as polite. He said he would consult with his colleagues to confirm the best course for me, and said it wouldn’t be a complicated matter. I never heard from him again. I followed up two weeks later via email, and in the next business week an admin called to relay a message from him. She was unable to answer my follow up questions, so I asked to have the lawyer return my call. It is now 3 months later. So my experience was pay a consultation fee that would be applied to services later and then no follow through on the requested services. I do not recommend this law firm, but I would definitely recommend whoever handles their SEO and marketing. They drive traffic and make conversion easy only for the legal team to disappoint.
