Initially I was satisfied with the service I received from Carlson. I sent $1,000 to cover the expenses. Even though the work done only consisted of sending out a certified letter to my ex-husband, I was charged $800 for this work. I called over a month ago to cancel the process and requested a refund of the balance that was not used. I was told it would be a couple weeks before the refund would be issued. To date I have not seen this refund. I was prompt in sending the retainer. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a refund of the amount that was unused in a timely manner.

Everyone here was always a pleasure to deal with. Never had an issue speaking to or being around any of them. They always made it the best experience possible. Thank you greatly for all y’all did. The Temple office will be my first call if the need ever arises.

About a year and a half ago, I was driving my four year old to preschool with my seven month old tagging along. A car in oncoming traffic crossed the center divider and started to turn in front of me. I tried to stop but it was too late, the car continued to turn and hit me on my drivers side. My kids and I proceeded to flip over and over. I still remember the sound of metal slamming into the pavement. The driver was uninsured.
